Face-to-face Meetings

 

The aim of the World Content Market is to facilitate business between buyers and sellers of audiovisual content through face-to-face meetings.

Face-to-face meetings are held in fully equipped exhibitor offices in the Movenpick Hotel Prague (hotel's suites are transformed to exhibitor offices for negotiations).

Before the Market, Participants can use the powerful on-line matchmaking facilities (that include the full database of registered delegates, their product information, contact details, research engine and appointment setting tools) in the Market Database.

Access to the Market Database for search of information about participants and setting up meetings: 20 January 2011. Search participants and products by different criteria and use the highly efficient tool “Meeting Request”.

With use of the Market Database, they can identify clients, prospects, and schedule meetings in advance. Participants can search by company (activity, country, continent); by product (genre, format, duration, episodes, year of production, country of origin, target audience), by participant (required genre, territory and origin). Buyers can review products (title, image, and synopsis) in advance, select titles and keep in touch with sellers to request meetings, catalogues and screeners and to set up meetings. Sellers can select buyers and find information about their interests (rights, genres and territories). All participants can send a targeted e-mail to other participants thought the Market Database.

Participants' emails, phones and mobile phones are posted in the Market Database. The participants themselves provide this information.

During the Market, exhibitors and buyers can ask the World Content Market team to help them to keep in touch with selected delegates and pre-arrange meetings. To do this, participants should bring the list of selected delegates they have difficulties in contacting to the Meeting Center during the World Content Market.
